KnuckleUp Community Outreach: Kids Martial Arts Program

Knuckleup instructors are getting active in their community by visiting local public schools to teach kids about martial arts.

A growing trend in the West Coast, public schools in California, for example, are adopting martial arts as part of their P.E. cirriculum.

  • Martial arts have proven to be an all inclusive activity that bypasses individuals' social echelons and skill levels.
  • It has been an effective method for teaching self discipline and imparting positive behavior in kids!

Do you think your child's public school should offer martial arts as part of its P.E. cirriculum too? Let us know! We would love to present at your school to get educators excited about this possibility! Send us an email!

Your kid(s) can benefit from martial arts instruction. If you are interested, enroll them in class for a free week! Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is offered at most of our locations

Congratulations Mark Spaziano, Sherri Thompson, and Matt Callahan for an outstanding performance on the WCL last Saturday at Tulsa, Ok!

• Mark and Sherri competed on the Miami Force which is advancing in the WCL Eastern conference.

While Matt's team, the Denver Fury, lost the fight in the bid to compete in the Western conference finals, individually, he scored well and won that evening against his opponent.
