Kate Wrigley
• Congratulations to Kate for winning Knuckleup's Submit Your Story contest last month!
• A little about her:
- Member since: 2007
- Key instructor : Frank Millsap (personal trainer). He's a great trainer.
- Typical workout : I never had two identical workouts with Frank. He has me do a mix of strength and cardio. If we're working upper body, then he'll combine resistance bands, core work, balance, push-ups, and weight bearing exercises.
- Lifestyle tips: Always try to eat healthy and stick to a diet template- like the one Frank gave me: protein and oatmeal for breakfast, protein snack, protein, veggies, good carb for lunch, protein snack, protein and veggies for dinner. Workout at least three times a week. Don't focus on just one thing- try to keep it varied and interesting. Event if you don't get the results you want immediately, stick to it, and you'll feel a lot better
